Hi, I’m Yassin, born in Baghdad in 2002 and raised in the U.S. I am a business and technology professional focused on vendor risk management, responsible AI implementation, business operations, and process improvement. My work sits at the intersection of risk, technology, compliance, and practical business execution.
I have a background in Management with a concentration in Aviation and Information Systems, along with experience in vendor risk, technical operations, customer support systems, aviation operations, project coordination, and AI-focused business development.
My current professional focus is helping organizations understand how to use technology and AI responsibly, not just to move faster, but to operate with better documentation, stronger controls, clearer workflows, and better decision-making.
I’ve been nationally recognized as a White House HBCU Scholar, representing DSU on a federal level, and selected as one of only three students in the country to receive the Vertical Flight Society's DiversiFlite Scholarship for my contributions to aerospace and diversity in aviation.
My mission is to bridge the worlds of aviation, information technology, and public infrastructure using technology and forward-thinking leadership.
